Hushly™ has a database of Users business profiles, proprietary sourced with users’ consent, from public sources and Hushly data partners. A User’s(your) business profile is provided to a Hushly Partner only when directed by the User(you).
The Hushly™ Service enables Users(you) to opt in to receive information from specific Hushly Partners about whom the User has already expressed an interest. The primary purpose and function of the Service is to facilitate engagement and commerce between our Partners and those Users who have expressed an interest in sharing information with one another.
Once a User has displayed an interest in certain content published by a Hushly Partner, the Service offers an opportunity for the User to receive additional content in exchange for providing certain business related information about him or herself. The information provided is verified and enhanced from other publicly available sources to promote accuracy and currency, and then, with the User’s consent, the information is provided to the Partner for further action
The Hushly Service only collects a User’s business information.
The Hushly Service is invoked when a User visits the website of a Hushly Partner to view content offered by the Partner for promotional purposes (“Partner Content”). The User’s interest activates a dialogue box and invites the User to provide a business e-mail address and country to access the full Partner Content. The User is then sent a verification email to authenticate and verify that the User is the owner of the business-email submitted. Upon email verification the User is opting in to the Hushly Service and giving consent to Hushly verifying the information provided, creating and saving an enhanced profile of the User through access to publicly available information and Hushly data partners and also sharing that profile with the Partner whose Content the User has accessed. At that point, the User is no longer anonymous to the Service or the Partner’s website.
For GDPR and other opt-in countries, after verifying the User’s ownership of the business email submitted, the User is then taken to an opt-in page where the User confirms consent (by checking a consent checkbox) permitting Hushly to share the User Hushly business profile with the Partner whose Content the User has accessed, for further action.
With the User’s consent, the User’s Hushly business profile is shared with the Partner and retained by Hushly for as long as it continues to be needed for lawful purposes. The User’s saves their Hushly business profile so as to facilitate future User directed engagements with specific Hushly Partners. If the User elects not to provide the User’s Hushly business profile, the Partner Content may or may not be made available to the User, in accordance with the preferences of the Partner.

Users may review and change their business information by sending an e-mail to [email protected] to request access to, correct or delete any business information about the User that we have collected. Often, we cannot delete a User’s business information without adversely affecting the quality and availability of the Service. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
The User and Hushly may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination, the User will no longer have access to the Service. Even after termination, copies of User’s information may remain viewable in cached or archived pages and will remain viewable to the Partners with whom the information has been shared.

Should a User be unable or unwilling to accept such modifications, alterations, or updates, they may terminate their use of the Services.

We believe that we maintain reasonable procedures to ensure that business data is secure and reliable for its intended use and is accurate, complete and current. However, no data storage facility can be made completely secure, and third parties may unlawfully access data or intercept transmissions or private communications. Although we try very hard to protect Users’ privacy, we do not promise, and Users should not expect, that their business information or private communications will always remain secure and private. We are committed to complying with all legal notification requirements in the case of a security breach or unauthorized disclosure.
