Free Shipping

If a product is marked with a “Free Shipping” badge or if the total cost of the products in your order is more than $49, your order will generally ship for free! Please take note of the following exclusions:

To qualify for free shipping, the total cost of the products in your order must be greater than USD $49.00 after any valid discounts or coupon codes have been applied. Taxes and gift cards will not count toward the $49 order minimum to qualify for free shipping.

Free shipping only covers regular ground shipping to locations in the contiguous United States. Other shipping options, such as 2-day shipping or white glove service, may incur additional charges. Products shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, or Canada are not eligible for free shipping.

Certain products, such as tiles and some hardware products, may not be eligible for free shipping. Any shipping charges associated with a product will be disclosed in the Shipping & Returns section on the product listing page and in the checkout process.
