Based on community input we’ve upgraded many of your favorite Ivy features. Here is some of what you’ll now find in Houzz Pro, including links to help articles and video tutorials:

• Proposals: Save Proposals as templates, request multiple payments upfront, collect e-signatures, autosave your work, and more.
• Selections Tracker: Organize all product orders in one place and create custom columns so you only track what’s important.
• Purchase Orders: Generate a PO directly from a Proposal or create one from scratch.
• Selection Boards: Just like Room Boards in Ivy, plus you can add in Mood Boards and 3D Floor Plans, easily resize items, see each potential product's budget impact, and more.
• Online Payments: Let clients pay by credit and debit card or bank transfer. You can also opt to get your money in minutes with Instant Payouts and enjoy lower fees on bank transfer payments.
• Reporting: Run financial reports for payments, transactions, sales tax, time billing, and more.

The ability to set up the tax on markup only is not ready yet, but we're working on it.

Yes! All of your data, including email lists, products, services, projects, documents, etc., will be automatically transferred when you move to Houzz Pro. For any current projects that are transferred over, your experience will look very similar to Ivy so you can pick up right where you left off. When you begin new projects, you’ll switch to the full Houzz Pro experience and all the features that come with it. 

After moving to Houzz Pro, your Ivy account will be automatically closed. But don’t worry—all of your data (email lists, products, services, projects, documents, etc.) will be transferred when you move so everything you need will be right at your fingertips.

To maintain a seamless workflow, your experience for current projects will look and function very much like Ivy. Clip products, edit Selections Boards, send Invoices, request Online Payments, and more just as you would before. For any new projects you start, you’ll have the upgraded experience, which includes access to all Houzz Pro features.

Absolutely! In fact, Room Boards got a major makeover and a new name: Selection Boards. Access Room Boards that were transferred from Ivy (and keep working on them if you’d like); create Selection Boards for new projects you start in Houzz Pro.

Just like your other data from Ivy, all clipped products will automatically carry over to your Houzz Pro Product Library, including the product details. That means you’ll be able to add products to new or existing Proposals, Mood Boards, and more from day one.

For your own safety and security, your vendor logins will not be available in Houzz Pro. We recommend you work with your vendor websites directly to gather your login information and store outside of Houzz Pro.

Yes! Inside Houzz Pro, you’ll have access to all of your projects. Create new documents and Selections Boards for current projects just like you would in Ivy. Houzz Pro tools will be available to your for new projects you start after you’ve moved. Need help navigating between old and new projects? This article will walk you through it.

We’re working on an upgrade that allows you to pull all reports, old and new, from the same place. Until then, go to the Financial Reports drop-down menu and select “pre-new experience reports.” All of your old reports will be right there waiting for you.

By default, your project data is only viewable by you. Houzz Pro offers a variety of tools to help you customize and share your project data. For example, you can select specific financial details to share on your Client Dashboard. Houzz Pro makes sharing easy by giving you controls to customize what is viewable, create unique links, and choose your sharing method.

Yes, with two important caveats:

1. Any project data created during a free trial will not be merged over when we move your Ivy account to Houzz Pro.
2. You cannot start a free trial on Houzz Pro with the email address associated with your existing Ivy account. You can use another email address not associated with Ivy or Houzz. Feel free to schedule a call with our team for a personalized demo or to help set up a free trial correctly. 

Most of the financial dashboards you are used to seeing on the Ivy homepage will be available on the project overview page and in your Financial Reports. Your new homepage on Houzz Pro will include quick access to all the recent documents you’re working on, your to-do and more. We will be adding more dashboards to the home screen in the future.
