The version: '2' was changed to version: '3'.
The links attribute was removed since it's not needed in version 3; default networking handles this.
The driver: local specification under volumes is not needed in version 3 as local is the default driver.
In the phpmyadmin service, PMA_HOST is used to specify the database host instead of using links.

Port docker-compose to v3 and minor README fixes. Close off phpMyAdmin to localhost only.
