Everything is ready for freecad to be compiled with py313 or is there anything holding us back to do so?

It looks like the version of pixi installed by prefix-dev/[email protected] is incompatible with the updated lockfile. Try updating this line: https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/blob/main/.github/workflows/sub_buildPixi.yml#L111 to a more recent version such as v0.39.4.

From the documentation, it appears if it is unset then it will search the local $PATH instead of installing any version. So unfortunately we may have to maintain this version when updating the pixi.lock file.
