Hi there crafty ladies. I'm hoping someone can help me find instructions for a really cute yard decoration I saw recently. It was a circle of ladies ( 6 I think) made of fabric. They were holding hands in a circle. The heads looked as though they might have been styrofoam balls and had those little umbrella hats on. They were done in Canadisn flag colours and set up for Canada Day, but I imagine they could be done up for various seasons or holidays. If anyone has an idea of what I'm talking about I'd surely appreciate any help. TIA.
