Accessibility statement
The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is committed to providing access to our website and data for all visitors with disabilities. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 508) requires federal agencies to provide individuals with disabilities access to electronic and information technology and data that is comparable to the access provided to others. We are continuously working to conform to Level AA standards of the most current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, or WCAG.
The FEC welcomes comments on how to improve our website’s accessibility for individuals with disabilities. If you have a problem accessing any material on FEC.gov while using assistive technologies, or need information about how to file a formal complaint under Section 508, please contact our Section 508 coordinator, Pat Phongsvirajati, at [email protected] for assistance. Please indicate the nature of your accessibility problem, the preferred format in which you want to receive any materials and your contact information.
The FEC is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to employees and applicants with disabilities, consistent with all applicable laws, Executive Orders, regulations and other Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidelines. Information regarding procedures for requesting an accommodation is available in the FEC’s Accommodation Policy.
