E-learning: Organizational Analysis and Development
This is an e-learning course designed for partners in Member Countries and concerns the organizational dimension of capacity development, including organizational assessment, change management and evaluation of organizational change. Tools and case studies are provided.

E-Learning: Ensuring Quality Projects: UN Common Country Programming Principles
This e-learning course looks at Capacity Development, Gender Equality and Human Rights based Approach (Right to Food and Decent Work) in the context of UN Common Country Programming Principles (UNCCPPs). The aim of this module is to help FAO employees to be more effective and strategic in their work in order to ensure the sustainability of FAO’s projects by applying the UNCCPPs in all phases of the project cycle. Target audience: FAORs, Assistant FAORs, Technical Officers and Consultants. Duration: 2 hours.
