APHCA MISSION
To enhance the level of nutrition and standard of living of livestock keepers, especially smallholders, livestock value-chain actors, and communities at large through equitable, sustainable and safe livestock sector development.
This is achieved
by promoting information-generation and exchange, providing normative guidance and coordinating joint action among members countries and other stakeholders.

APHCA
The role of APHCA in supporting dairy development and innovation in Asia and the Pacific
APHCA, with 18 member countries, works to enhance nutrition and living standards for livestock communities through sustainable and safe livestock development. In June 2024, APHCA surveyed member countries on dairy sector status and challenges. APHCA supports innovation, research, and development in the dairy sector, providing technical guidance, capacity development, and promoting regional collaboration.
