      Artful written in terms of fantasy-romance. The plot is so amazing and absolutely worth the read/listen. Five books and the author has perfectly woven a tale of mischief, intrigue, adventure, betrayal, tricks of truth and lies, and romance. Seriously, this author is a poet. The lore and world-building are beautiful, and the main character is strong, resilient, and intelligent, though still flawed, she is easily likable. Also, if you're listening to the audiobook, the narration is beautiful. Highly recommend!
      P.S.- slow-burn romance, medium heat (not spicy), lots of teasing and tension, will have you dreaming of the male lead despite his tendency to be a scoundrel (or maybe because of it ;) )

      An exquisite captivating tale with twist and turns, and a strong female lead making the hard decisions to save her people. With riveting never dull dialogue making the want to return to this story. Great voices were chosen to bring this book to life, highly recommend.
