Best English cinnamon: a ‘new’ breed for Andy

THE Scottish National took place on Sunday October 13, 2024 at a new venue: Grangemouth Sports Complex, where a total of 1,322 birds were benched. The organising committee had also secured space in the adjoining community education centre. That was so that the event would comply with the new regulations laid down by the Scottish government. The venues are connected internally, so the bird sale would be separate from the show hall.

The event was extremely well run and a credit to everybody involved. I understand the Scottish National used to be held
