FAQ

HOW DO I KEEP MY BAGELS FRESH?

Bagels dry out when exposed to air so store them in zip lock bags as soon as possible if not consuming immediately. If you don't plan on eating them for a couple of days, they freeze very well in freezer bags for months.  NEVER THAW IN THE MICROWAVE! It will ruin the texture.  Take them out to thaw on the counter for 30 minutes before you plan on eating them, slice in half, toast to your liking, and you can't tell the difference between fresh and frozen.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO EAT MY BAGEL?

Bagels need to be toasted.  There are two way of toasting a bagel. You can toast it heavily cut side up for a crunchy top and a soft and chewy bottom.  But, I highly recommend toasting your bagel heavily cut side up then flipping it over bottom side up and lightly toasting it until the bottom becomes hard for a crunchy exterior with a soft and chewy interior.

DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?

Our bagels are 100% vegan, except the jalapeno cheddar.  We use top-quality flour and ingredients to yield the freshest and best product possible.

DO YOU OFFER CATERING?

We sure do. Email or call us ASAP so we have ample time to accommodate you and plan your event.

I GO ON YOUR WEBSITE FRIDAY AFTER 12PM AND IT SAYS SOLD OUT. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

We had our official soft opening on Friday, August 12, and will be adding more pickup days and inventory, week by week, so we can focus on providing y'all with a consistent, top quality product and customers service. Within the next month we will be fully opened for preorder pickups Wednesday through Saturday with a much larger inventory available. If you want to ensure you get an order, set up your account in the top right corner prior to the preorders going live, and place your order exactly at 12pm since our bagels are only available while supplies last.  Your order is not reserved until you pay for it in the check-out as well, so if you have it in your cart it doesn't mean you are guaranteed to reserve your preorder.
