International Cooperation

The DARPA International Cooperation function is the agency’s lead for government-to-government research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) collaboration. DARPA seeks compelling contributions from partners and allies for collaborative work, ultimately benefiting both nations national security. Beyond government-to-government engagement, DARPA is able to fund global industry and academia as a performer on our various programs.
