International Cooperation
The DARPA International Cooperation function is the agency’s lead for government-to-government research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) collaboration. DARPA is able to work with international government organizations pursuant to active governing Department-level memoranda for RDT&E and by leveraging an existing DARPA program and resourced investments from a partner/allied nation.
DARPA seeks compelling contributions from partners and allies for collaborative work, ultimately benefiting both nations national security. Beyond government-to-government engagement, DARPA is able to fund global industry and academia as a performer on our various programs.
