I remember the days of watching The Martha Stewart Show on TV when I was a kid, and I can't tell you how many times I've been to family gatherings and complimented a meal and heard, "It's a Martha Stewart recipe" or recognized a decoration or DIY from one of her books.
And now, 42 years after her first book "Entertaining," came out, the mogul is releasing her 100th book, "Martha: The Cookbook: 100 Favorite Recipes, with Lessons and Stories from My Kitchen."
"Not all my books are cookbooks, you know," Stewart told Country Living. "I've written many books. I've written entertainment books, craft books, a home-keeping handbook... But this 100th book is 100 of my favorite recipes with archival photographs, and essays by me."

The new cookbook comes out November 12 and is meant to feel like you're getting a glimpse into Martha's own kitchen. Readers will find archival photos from Stewart's life, her most treasured recipes as well as the stories behind them, and a few tips to help you really get the Martha Stewart stamp-of-approval.
And while I can't even comprehend knowing more than 100 different recipes, Stewart said it was incredibly difficult to select all of her favorites. "I made a list and we really had to narrow it down," said Stewart. "It was extremely hard because I didn't want to have too many pies or too many pastas, so I had to keep choosing less and less, but the selection turned out very well."
The pages cover everything from simple dishes using pantry staples, a favorite recipe passed down from her mother, and of course her famous roast turkey. "There's an apple tart that is so delicious and easy to make. And the roast turkey for Thanksgiving is the best turkey recipe. You're going to love the recipes, they're all great."
If you're looking for even more Martha Stewart inspiration this season, her documentary, "Martha" is now streaming on Netflix. And don't forget you can literally get your own Martha on the Mantel for an extra festive touch.
