On last night's episode of Fixer Upper, Joanna and Chip tackled a very special renovation project—right in their own backyard. With help from their four kids, Drake, Ella, Duke, and Emmie, the soon-to-be family of seven renovated their farm's garden area to include raised beds, bean teepees, a cozy she-shed escape, a chicken coop and chicken run (a.k.a. chunnel), and more. Here's everything you may have missed from the Gaineses' amazing garden transformation.

Right when you enter the garden, you're greeted by these beautiful and romantic arbors. Joanna said she dreams of a wedding taking place here one day—perhaps Ella or Emmie's, a sentiment that made Chip choke up. (Aww!)

Joanna designed row upon row of raised garden beds to grow all sorts of veggies, herbs, and produce—much of which she said will be served up at the Gaineses' new Magnolia Table restaurant. In the episode, Joanna gave fans a sneak peek of what they can expect on the menu, including rosemary, sage, lettuce, zinnias, beans, tomatoes, watermelon, pumpkins, and more.

The Chicken Run

To better protect her beautiful garden from grasshoppers and other pests, Chip built Joanna a chicken coop with an attached chicken run, also known as a chunnel (chicken + tunnel), that runs along the perimeter of the garden. The new flock, raised by Ella and Emmie, will now have plenty of room to roam while they snack on any bugs that come along.

Joanna's She-Shed

Joanna's new garden shed is specifically designed to house Joanna's all her garden supplies, books, and other tools. While the garden house is a new-build, most of the materials—including the porch, doors, and windows—were all salvage, and fit in perfectly with their 120-year-old farmhouse.

Just above the shed's sleek farmhouse sink, you'll find an antique window Joanna had been saving for a very special project. "Really the whole project was built around this window," Chip said. The antique piece is now a focal point in the garden house.

The Fireplace

Just like your average married couple, Chip and Jo jokingly bicker over home renovations and design decisions—and the garden shed's stone fireplace was no exception. While Joanna wanted the lines to be straight, Chip wanted to give it some "hips." Chip ended up getting his way, but Joanna was thrilled with the final look, so it was a win-win for the couple.
