He also has represented clients in strategic transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions with valuations ranging from tens of millions to more than a billion dollars, as well as complex commercial transactions. Nicholaus has counseled startups, late-stage private companies and public companies in various industries, including healthcare, medical devices, biotechnology, apparel and agriculture.
