Cooley advised Alto Neuroscience, a company redefining psychiatry by leveraging individuals’ neurobiology to develop personalized and highly effective medicines and helping patients get better faster, on its $147.9 million initial public offering.

Cooley advised the underwriters in Vistagen Therapeutics’ $100 million follow-on offering of common stock, pre-funded warrants, and two tranches of common stock warrants, with Jefferies, Stifel and William Blair acting as lead book-running managers. Vistagen Therapeutics is a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company aiming to transform the treatment landscape for individuals living with anxiety, depression and other central nervous system disorders.
