Child Support Cases and Cash Payments

Due to the temporary circumstances of the County Office Building being closed, New York State Child Support Services in Albany Informed Our office to not accept any further Cash payments, until further notice. 

All payments for your child support case(s) will need to be made through Albany at:

                                   New York State Child Support Processing Center

                                                                   P. O. Box 15363

                                                           Albany, NY 12212-5363

 Make sure you include your Child Support Case(s) Number(s) on any forms of payment.

If your question(s) cannot be answered by the Helpline, a referral will be made for your Child Support Worker to contact you.

Child Support Services Program

Cayuga County Child Support Services is a sub-division of the New York State Child Support Program.

Our department provides assistance to both custodial and non-custodial individuals to obtain accurate financial and medical support for their children. 

The Child Support program helps to strengthen families as well as reduce welfare spending by helping families step towards self-sufficiency.
