As of January 1, 2020 the records of calibration, certification, inspection and repair for breath test and radar/LIDAR equipment, provided by DCJS is now provided in a new, more efficient manner utilizing Cloud based services rather than e-mail correspondence. When the documents are generated, they will be uploaded to folders named for all the law enforcement agencies for which we perform equipment services. Documents that will be accessible via the Cloud include:
Equipment Documents
- Breath Test in-Lab Certifications (along with technician tests and service authorizations forms)
- Breath Test Remote Certification (along with remote technician test and previous weekly test information)
- Screener Verification Document (along with service authorization form)
- Simulator (along with service authorization form and thermometer certification)
- Radar and Lidar Certifications (service authorization forms and frequency county certifications must be subpoenaed for speed enforcement equipment)

NYS Police Toxicology Reports
CPL 245 discovery material will be automatically provided for all toxicology section reports issued after January 1, 2020 on the eJusticeNY portal within approximately ten days after the report is generated.
