Pros (+) I liked the location. It was center to a lot downtown.
Cons (-) I was welcomed friendly upon arrival. As an Asian American during these times, I would’ve expected some less scrutiny when I walked in. It was a little to unwelcoming for what it needed to bed.

Pros (+) A heavenly night's sleep every night and an intelligent automated elevator system to prevent the "checkout rush hour waiting disaster." All the staff went above and beyond when they realised I had a rough time following the luggage mis-routing during the first two nights of stay.

Cons (-) Forced to use service elevator as normal were out, the service elevator dropped multiple feet scaring all inside, then there was no power in the room and sat in darkness. We left halfway through the night.
