Cons (-) You have to ask for a bathrobe. I had to ask 3 times for one. My shower drain was clogged so I asked them to fix it. They don’t have cotton balls in the bathroom. The room was very noisy - too near street level.

Cons (-) We had booked a handicapped accessible room, but did not receive it on checkin. We were told that the hotel had no such rooms and that there was a problem with the Hilton Honors 800 number and the online booking system, allowing us to book rooms that didn't exist. This was not true, the hotel did have the rooms (they appeared the next day), and Hilton's Honor staff (at the 800 number) clearly stat...

Pros (+) Loved that the room service menu had so many vegan options. They even had breakfast vegan options! The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Would definitively stay again.
Cons (-) The lamp on my side of the bed was out and clock had the room time (a key was needed to change it). I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. When I got back the room it wasn't taken care of. They said they would send someone to fix it. That never happened. Overall, not a big deal but it bugged me a little.

Pros (+) Somehow reservation wasn’t correct and ended up with a single bed for my 25 year old son and I to share. Ackward! And the room was much smaller then I had expected. Parking was a block (underground) away.
Cons (-) Room smelled and looked real clean. Bed and pillows were more then comfortable.

Pros (+) Great location. Walking distance to lots of downtown attractions. Staff was awesome and very accommodating.
Cons (-) Rooms are nice but small. No vending and no mini-store (Water, soda, snacks, beer, etc.) Closest store is 3-4 blocks.
