Here's Every Single Winner Of All Of The Viral Celeb Lookalike Contests We've Seen Over The Past Few Weeks

I think Gen Z is just now figuring out these exist.

If you're even a fraction as online as I am, you've certainly seen what can only be described as a modern-day renaissance of the celebrity lookalike competition.

Fueled by Instagram story reshares and legions of ogling twentysomethings obsessed with whomever the current White Boy of the Month may be (I'm looking at you, Paul Mescal), celebrity lookalike contests have been popping up all over the world since late last month.

That's when YouTuber Anthony Po hosted the now-famous Timothée Chalamet lookalike competition in New York City. He incurred a $500 fine for hosting the event at the arch in Washington Square Park with "over 300 patrons," and a contestant even got arrested — but the REAL Timmy T actually showed up, so a win is a win.

You can read our full write-up here.

Thus began a frenzy of copycats in the weeks that followed. They're often hosted in locations having something to do with the celebrity they're featuring, like Englishman Harry Styles's lookalike showdown in London and The Bear star Jeremy Allen White's competition in Chicago, where the show is set. Without further ado, here's a comprehensive list of recent and upcoming lookalike contests, although we're sure there are even more to come:

1. Oct. 27: Timothée Chalamet

We have our first tie! 30-year-old Troy Farsakian and 20-year-old DePaul University student Max Rocchio split the prize. So, $25 and... a few sips of an Old Style each? Both say they get told they look like the Stranger Things star and musician. Troy told Block Club Chicago: "I've been stopped multiple times throughout the years. Especially when the show came out and then when his Domino's commercial came out. I was getting stopped on the streets and stores and things. It was pretty wild."
