Kapa'a Sands 09 is located on the beachfront in Kapaa, 300 metres from Wailua Beach and 500 metres from Papaloa Beach. The apartment was a great size and very clean and the decor was perfect. It was in a great location and we could get to all parts of the island within 40 minutes or so. The apartment was close to Kappa which had good restaurants and shopping and everything you needed but was nice and quiet and away from major streets and noise. The sound of the waves were spectacular and the bed nice and comfortable! We had everything we needed in the apartment including cooler bags, beach chairs and lots of towels.

Comfortable beds and extra clean room. Plenty of free parking. Laundry facilities, kitchenette with fridge, sink, and microwave. Coffee maker with coffee provided and even complimentary snacks. The owners and staff were friendly and communicative before and during our stay. Great location to get to Waimea state park. Fun little shops, a farmers market, and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended!

This location is amazing. We loved being so close to everything. Approximately 30+ minutes to Poipu or Hanalei bay. Local farmers market weekly. Smooth check in and out. Love how soundproof the room is, no rooster alarm clock. We will stay here again, loved it.
