V tem hotelu smo bili s prijatelji že drugič, kar pomeni, da smo bili zadovoljni. Osebje je res zaupanja vredno, ustrežljivi so, postelje so udobne in neverjetno dobro se spi. Pripravili so nam celo šišo, tako da smo se zabavali ob večerih, ko smo bili že zelo utrujeni. V okolici je vse, kar potrebujete, tramvaj T1 postaja Gülhane in Sirkeci, Marmaray, Eminönü in veliko znamenitosti, ki so dosegljive peš.

Hotel je na super lokaciji, blizu travanja, Marmara metro, Aja Sofija, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, bazaar začimb. Hotel je lepo urejen, zelo čisto, in sobe so dovolj velike. Za zajtrk je vsak dan enako, ampak je res velika izbira, tako da vam ni treba jesti vsak dan enako. Osebje je res prijazno, pomagajo pri vsem kar lahko, mi smo recimo vprašali za 2 dodatni blazini in so nam takoj priskrbeli.

Sobe prostorne in funkcionalno urejene, prav tako kopalnica. Zajtrk je bil korekten, pogrešal sem pogrinjke na mizi. Prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Dobra lokacija, bližina Marmaray železnice z direktno povezavo do centra mesta oziroma ostalih sredstev mestnega transporta (tramvaj, Metro, ladje...)

It has a great spa and hammam and it's completely free. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Pros: -Convenient location in the wholesale stores neighborhood, 15 mins walk away from Grand Bazaar, and public transportation nearby. -Really good and friendly service from most of the staff. -They have a free storage room to store your luggage a few days if needed, including a scale to weigh your luggages or packages. -Breakfast buffet available on site at the top of the building with a view. -Rooms are quite silent, you don't hear your neighbors.

Great hotel, great location, best for solo, couple or family travellers

The hotel truly exceeded my expectation. The location is perfect and central. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again thank you!

Large and clean rooms with nice decoration, spacious balcony and wonderful view of the Bosphorus. Beautiful garden, amazing outdoor pool and tennis court. Different restaurants are available in the hotel Very friendly and cooperative staff in every part of the hotel. Fast check-in and check-out process. Great location; Taksim square is about 12 min walking distance from the hotel. Istanbul congress center is located adjacent to the hotel. Although the hotel was undergoing a renovation process in some parts, there was no disturbing noise or problem at all.

This place was in a very nice neighborhood away from the super busy spots of Istanbul. We had a great view in our room and felt very taken care of by all the staff. The concierge was super helpful and Gokhan always helped us tremendously. Another awesome thing here was the breakfast which was included for us. Amazing great quality and not like the ones I’m used to in North America. Lots of variety of fruits and amazing coffee and tea with all the rest of breakfast items. Setareh one of the morning staff was exceptional and took really good care of me and my family. She made sure we had a great experience and very well fed :) my children loved her. Lastly we really enjoyed the pool and spa at this hotel. Very well kept and a great way to relax here :)

We came for my 40th birthday and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome or made it a more special trip. The hotel is beautiful, attention to detail is incredible and we had a free upgrade, our room was stunning! We loved our time here and only wish we could have stayed for longer!

What truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness and hospitality of the staff, especially Ramazan. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and we’re deeply grateful for his warmth and genuine friendliness. Ramazan played a huge role in making our time at the hotel so enjoyable. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning! We're already planning our next trip to Istanbul in August and look forward to staying at the 'Trip Hotel' again. Amazing value for money—thank you so much!
