Very nice staff and fully recomend that place. all was good and perfect.

Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono Beppu tilbyder 3-stjernet indkvartering i Beppu, 20 km fra Resonac Dome Oita og 500 m fra Beppu Station. Overnatningsstedet har døgnåben reception og restaurant. Comfortable but with very tiny rooms. Unusual experience {which we liked} for a big hotel is that you must not wear shoes at any place in the hotel. All floors are carpeted with tatami mats, which are beautiful, but since this hotel caters a lot to tour groups, the front doors become jammed when a bus comes in and people must remove their shoes. Tour groups also bottleneck at the elevators and restaurant. Breakfasts looked great, but we wouldn't go when tours were lined up. Excellent coffee always available. Outdoor onsen was tiny (maybe 3 meters by 3 meters). Indoor onsen was large enough, but not hot enough. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Fantastic English-speaking staff. Dormy's HR Dept know their stuff. We'd stay again, despite the small rooms and small onsen. Visit the very old downtown onsen, Takegawara, , a must, and the seafront walk, Good bakery (Mermaid) at the train station. Liveely downtown area.

We loved our stay at Gion Elite Terrace. It's perfectly located within walking distance from the train station, restaurants, bars and many of the sites we wanted to visit in Kyoto. It's located on a quite and quaint street. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the coffee bar in the lobby. The staff helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations. I also love that they are an eco-friendly hotel. I will recommend this hotel to all of our friends planning to visit Kyoto.

Room size is good with coffee machine (Nespresso). Clean, neat and friendly staff. The breakfast is also great with two choices (meat or fish) made with the delicate Japanese touch

Great location, there are a lot of restaurants near by. The bus station is also very close. The room is big and comfortable. Everything is sparkling clean. They also have a gym - but I didn't got the chance to try it.

The staffs all speak English very well which is better communication. The room is very clean and big for 3 beds. The space was well designed , shower and toilet are separate from the vanity and is newly renovated. It is modern and up to date which is different from standard shower room in most hotels in Japan. Guest can drop the used towels and pick up clean towel anytime by themselves. Internet is good and the pre check in instruction is clear to follow.
