Clean and comfortable hotel located quite far away from old town but shuttle bus was provided for hotel guests. Plenty of parking space, was able to park car conveniently near room. With car easy access to nearby Publix grocery store and restaurants. Room price not exactly cheap but hey this is Key West and this hotel was relatively quite good value for money. Also got upgrade from normal room to suite which was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel.

I got a room with two beds and I paid full price. I did everything online and they charged the money from my credit card.
When I got here they told me that there’s no room available with two beds and they said will give me one bed and one sofa.
I told them I paid for two beds not for a sofa, amd they said they can’t do anything about it.
When I got my phone to call the police they gave one room with two beds.
But the room was dirty and the bathroom smells horrible and the bath was full of hair.
I had to clean everything before I use.
Horrible place, horrible service
I don’t recommend that place at all
Looks like a scam
You pay for one thing and when you get here they try to downgrade your room.
Don’t come here
My first and last time here
The floor was dirty as well

Key West is a gem of an island in the Florida Keys, popular with pleasure seekers and history buffs alike. As the most southern destination in the continental United States, Key West has a fascinating history, dating back to its settlement by Spanish explorers in the 16th century.
Today, this little island off the coast of Florida attracts over a million cruise visitors a year through the Port of Key West. Visitors come to see Hemingway House, where Ernest Hemingway penned "A Farewell to Arms." Key West Cemetery provides a unique walk through the multicultural past of the city. There are also trolley rides through the historic district of Jackson Square.
There’s more than just history to Key West, however. Smathers Beach is a place to have fun in the sun, while Mallory Square provides the chance to shop and watch a magnificent sunset. The excellent bus system helps you get around the island without a car.
Key West International Airport is a mere 4 miles from Duval Street, the heart of downtown and a good place to stay for easily exploring the nearby sights. With accommodations ranging from resorts to B&Bs, Booking.com helps you get the best stay for the best price in Key West!

It's a very nice place to visit and the shops along Duval are very nice. The biggest issue is parking as there isn't much. Our favorite area was the wharf and all the restaurants along there. I recommend a sunset cruise as well.

Key West businesses have been ripping off the tourist trade...
Key West businesses have been ripping off the tourist trade for so long that it is now a dying destination, They add fees on top of fees and then taxes on op of that. A quoted price is not what you pay, the fees and taxes are added after and you might pay half again what you were quoted.
Menus tell you what they serve, not the price you will pay. Menu's without prices-Outback,pizza Hut ,IHOP!1
Come on!! Get real!!
I will never go to Key West again!

Wonderful town rich with history, great restaurants + beautiful beaches. If you have the time, highly recommend the half day trip (via sea plane) to the Dry Tortugas National Park. One of the highlights of our trip. Must book way in advance to your trip; only one airline + holds only 10 passengers.

Great laid back tropical vibes, with nice people, live music, a huge variety of food and drinks. There is tons to enjoy and explore with a lot of vibrant history. We mostly walked around and popped in and out of art galleries, stores, restaurants, and bars. It was nice to not have any plans and just be out and exploring. Each day unfolded with lovely spontaneous adventures and surprises. Our favorite spot to just sit and relax was on the wharf at the marina.

Visit Taylor state park. Read the history.
Visit Taylor state park. Read the history. Rent or bring a bike. Walk around the neighborhoods in Old town past the hundred year old restored houses. Get on the water. And above all, slow down, lay back, have a rum, and enjoy something special.

Key West sparkles with creativity and tolerance.
Key West sparkles with creativity and tolerance. If "different" people bother you, don't go there.
Art galleries, music everywhere, all kinds of people, theater, boat rides, lots of great restaurants, roosters and chickens all over the place, an interesting history, lots of famous deceased (and not deceased) writers, gross and not gross souvenir shops, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and its lovely beach, other beaches, bike rides, all sorts of festivals, the nightly Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square, etc., etc., etc.
When I am there, I never want to go home!

I’m a bit biased because we got an upgrade. We had a huge apartment with a wraparound balcony on Duval street. This “house” yes it was that big…. was much more than we expected. Free parking on a small parking lot 2 minutes away from the hotel This place oozes Old Town Key West in a good way. Not the tourist part but the nostalgic housing from 20th century. This had it all and more. We will absolutely stay here again.
Great location for hotel at the bottom of Duval Street and close by to the Southernmost Point which is a bit of a tourist attraction in Key West. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Pool area is in the middle of the car park but secluded and nice.
Centrally located in Key West, didn't have to bother with the car for the whole stay as you can walk anywhere (restaurants, shops, Duval Street, Mallory Square,...).
Very well kept hotel.
Room was perfectly equipped.
