The staff was very welcoming, showing themselves always available and ready to assist any customer.
The room was set as per usual, following the expected standards for a budget accommodation, however it would be a nice improvement/surprise, to find on guests' arrival, for example, 1 or 2 plastic cups of water, plus some lollies, somewhere in the room, as a 'Welcome Token' as appreciation for choosing your stablishment for the time being. Other suggestion, maybe even costless for such a huge company, could be simply spraying some fresh scent product around the room just to give your customers an impression of entering a fresh recently cleaned room that was just tailored to fit their needs.

Skyscrapers and the frenzy of busy Sao Paulo are matched by countless gastronomic offerings, endless cultural activities, and a busy nightlife.
Founded by Jesuits in 1554, the city also known as Sampa became a powerful industrial hub in the late 19th-century with Greater Sao Paulo now boasting almost 20 million inhabitants. Attracting immigrants from all over the world, it became the most ethnically diverse city in Brazil.
Walk down Avenida Paulista and immerse yourself in one of the biggest economic centres in the world. This avenue also represents the heart of Brazil’s cultural scene, hosting numerous venues. Don’t miss the Museu de Arte de São Paulo, home of the biggest collection of Western Art in Latin America.
You can find Sao Paulo hotels in the lively centre, but if you’re looking for a more relaxed atmosphere you should check out hotels in Sao Paulo's Jardins neighbourhood. Offering a laid back feel with bohemian bars and artisan shops, Vila Madalena is also a good alternative.
Whether you arrive at Guarulhos International Airport or Congonhas Airport, don’t miss the offers for Sao Paulo accommodation available on Booking.com!
Beautiful city with an amazing atmosphere.
Only issue I had was very people spoke English, which is ofcourse my fault for not learning their language. But it's something to bear in mind if you go there.
There are a lot of malls there and very typical of European malls. You'll find the usual brands there.

It isn't the most beautiful city.
It isn't the most beautiful city. I did 3 free walking tours to explore. I started to find out more interesting things towards the end of my stay which make me think I would have enjoyed spending a few more days there. I did a street food tour of Liberdades (an Airbnb experience) which was great - would highly recommend. I heard about a bike tour which sounded interesting. There's always a street party on Sundays until around 4pm on Avenida Paulista, I briefly saw this. I could have done a trip to Santos nearby which would have been interesting for a couple of days as a contrast to Sao Paolo. I also did an amazing Airbnb experience learning about Samba which included trying different instruments, the host can also take you out to Samba circles - I would have liked to experience more of this. So I started to find out more interesting things the 2nd half of my stay and would have liked to have explored a little more. I stayed in Jardems Paulista which is a very posh neighbourhood, felt very safe but if I returned I think I would have chosen Villa Madalena (the hipster neighbourhood) as somewhere a bit more chilled out and full of travellers. I loved the rooftop of the Contemporary Art museum in Iburapeura park so would highly recommend visiting both the park and the museum/rooftop. There's a great restaurant on the rooftop which does a very reasonable daily lunch deal.

We loved Sao Paulo.
We loved Sao Paulo. We felt safe there and were comfortable walking about. It is also easy to get an uber to travel at night, and it is cheap. There are a lot of good bars and places to eat in Sao paulo. People were very helpful, despite our lack of Portuguese. The north part of Sao Paulo was a bit sketchy... I would not have liked to be there at night, but Pinheiros, Vila Mariana, Vila Magdelena and many other areas felt very safe. You do have to be a bit streetwise in Sao paulo when walking around, but we had no problem avoiding trouble. Totally recommend visiting! We loved it and hope to come back.

A vibrant city with plenty of options—from bars to restaurants to breweries. It was my first time visiting, and I’m already planning to return soon. Living in Brazil, we don’t often find this variety even in other capitals. Just keep in mind that it’s São Paulo, so stay very cautious.

We loved the whole experience, the gardens are a must to visit, there is even one smack in the middle of town which was gorgeous. We went to a local bar/cafe to watch soccer with the locals and it was fantastic. You have to try the per kilo restaurants while you are there, cost is about ten dollars Australian for a heaped plate. Lots of arty farty places in São Paulo to visit too. Enjoy! 🥳

It's a huge city.
It's a huge city. You can find whatever you want, but keep in mind that São Paulo is a dangerous city, you need to always mind your surroundings. Most neighbourhoods are ugly and not clean. Also it is very expensive.

If you ever stay in the "concrete jungle" Sao Paulo, the neighbourhood Itaim Bibi is a great place to stay. It is safe, has lots of restaurants and bars and is on walking distance (25 minutes) of two parks (Povo and Ibirapuera). Clarion Faria Lima offers good hospitality for a reasonable price with a very good and friendly staff. I have been visiting this hotel many times and it always has been very good.
Great Hotel with perfect location close to the nice ibirapuera park and nearby museums. Every Tuesday there is a local market with fresh food and fruits just around the corner.
Awesome breakfast and really nice hosts! They are super friendly and very helpful in case you have questions about Sao Paulo and its attractions!
We stayed in this nice hotel three times within the last month, but from 20th to 21st October we couldn’t stay there, because the flight from Recife to São Paulo was cancelled and we had to stay in Recife…. Unfortunately we had to pay the stay although we didn’t stay there….
This is a real luxury hotel in downtown Sao Paulo. The service, the restaurants, the executive club on the 23rd floor - all ad up to the standards of the better hotels. The Spa is excellent, and has a professional, attentive staff.
Hotel was very clean, everything was new and working properly, with good air ventilation in the room and amazing view of São Paulo. Breakfast was also very nice and staff friendly.
