The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, which is so convenient for travelers. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was both delicious and featured a fantastic variety of choices. The rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds and amazing pillows that I absolutely loved. I had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place.

Our big room for 4 person at the corner of 36th floor is big , with excellent view of town, many big thick window glass. The bathroom room is not so big but convenient with toilletres. Usual TV with japan channel. I think the gym and onsen were closed during our stay at the end of June,2023. The staff can speak good english. 1 hour subway to downtown Osaka. During check in,they asked if we need free shuttle bus to airport

The building looks new. And it was of course clean. For those who like to shop the outlet mall is just across the way. I was so happy I booked after the stress of missing my flight. The staff was lovely.

Spacious and comfortable, beautiful view from my window, the staff was so kind. The little shop on the second floor and direct access to the train station came very useful for my travel, and the free shuttle bus was a big extra. Also, compared to other offers for the same dates, it was one of the more reasonable prices

Not only was the location extremely convenient, it had plenty of places around for food and shopping within walking distance and had a convenience store downstairs. Having the beach right by the hotel is another plus as it offers such beautiful views. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was on the top floor so the views there were awsome as well. They had a laundry room which you can use for a fee per load for a certain amount of time and a large baggage room to store your things before and after check out. Of course there are also the baths which is such a great option to have for guests staying at the hotel. The extremely comfy beds were a major bonus especially for us tired travellers. I would definitely recommend if you're needing to stay by the airport in kansai.
