An ode to the pastas, vegetables, wood fired cooking and vibrant flavors of Southern Italy, Bar Volpe celebrates Apulia to Sardinia and is an expression of Chef’s travels through the South.

Bar Volpe is a Pastificio (pasta shop) as well as a restaurant- and you can buy fresh pasta, sauces and our famed ricotta to enjoy at home and keep the magic of their dinner alive. Our pasta is thoughtful, hand made and always fresh.
