As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible experience, we are making some changes this summer to the system we use to manage digital access. Our intention is for this transition to be a seamless process, but there are often a few bumps with technology changes so we want you to know it’s coming.
What to expect: If you are subscribed to BDN, you will need to log in to your account again. You may also be prompted to reset your password for enhanced security. If you use ACH to pay for your subscription, you’ll also receive an email from Stripe, to inform you of the change in credit card processor.
What you’ll need to do:
- Login: Please log in to your Bangor Daily News account on the website.
- Password reset: If prompted, follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Login with your new password: If prompted, login on all the platforms you use to read the BDN using your new credentials.
