Don’t just sit at home! There are plenty of great things to do around New York City this weekend.

Here’s a look at some of the best events happening around town between Jan. 24-26.

Friday, Jan. 24: Embrace teen creativity!

The Winter Show: The Winter Show will feature truly exceptional art and antiques from over 70 exhibitors, spanning from antiquity to today. Park Avenue Armory, 643 Park Ave., Manhattan. 12 – 7 p.m. Tickets start at $25.

Teen Night: Teens Parkway: Celebrate Brooklyn’s creativity and 14 years of the Brooklyn Museum’s Teen Nights, a teen-led program centered on art and activism! This evening will feature art-making, performances, and much more, all inspired by The Brooklyn Artists Exhibition. Brooklyn Museum, 200 Eastern Pkwy., Brooklyn. 5 – 7:30 p.m. Free.

Saturday, Jan. 25: Shopping pop-up!

Winter Ham Radio Field Day: The Kings County Radio Club will be in Prospect Park—Lookout Hill on Saturday, Jan. 25, at 1. p.m. for “Winter Field Day.” All ham radio amateurs and anyone interested in learning about ham radio are welcome. Lookout Hill, Prospect Park, Brooklyn. Jan. 25, 1 – 3 p.m. Free.

Lunar New Year Festival: The Year of the Snake: May art bring you good fortune! Celebrate the Year of the Snake, one of the twelve animals of the Chinese zodiac, with performances, interactive activities, and artist-led workshops for all ages. The Metropolitan Museum of Art, 1000 5th Ave., Manhattan. 12 – 5 p.m. Included with admission: $30; $22 for seniors; $17 for students; free for children younger than 12.

AKC Meet The Breeds: From Affenpinschers to Yorkshire Terriers and everything in between! AKC Meet the Breeds®, the nation’s largest educational dog extravaganza, gives dog lovers a unique opportunity to meet, play with, and learn about hundreds of dogs! Javits Center, 429 11th Ave., Manhattan. 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. $35.

Kids Family Brunch All You Can Eat: All You Can Eat Kids Family Brunch at Salsa Con Fuego! Bring the little ones for a fun-filled time with delicious food & activities. Salsa Con Fuego, 2297 Cedar Ave., Bronx. 12 – 2 p.m. $41; $17.99 child.
