Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar

  • cup semolina

Directions

  1. Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil then immediately remove from heat. (Milk tends to boil over as soon as it boils, so stay with it!)

  2. Stir in semolina. Return to medium heat; bring to a boil, stirring until thickened but still pourable. Pour into serving bowls; top with your favorite hot cereal toppings.
