Coco loco is a tequila-based cocktail with rum, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, and lime served inside a fresh coconut!

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 1 fresh coconut

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 fluid ounce white tequila

  • 1 fluid ounce melon liqueur

  • 1 fluid ounce coconut rum

  • 1 fluid ounce pineapple juice

  • 1 fluid ounce sugar syrup

  • ½ fresh lime

Directions

  1. Create a tumbler out of the coconut by carefully slicing about 2 inches off the top, keeping the coconut milk inside.

  2. Add ice, tequila, melon liqueur, rum, pineapple juice, and sugar syrup. Add a squeeze of lime, then drop lime into the drink; stir and serve.

Tips

You can substitute the melon liqueur with gin or banana liqueur.
