Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 2 servings

  • 1 ½ cups pears - peeled, cored, and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease two small ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.

  2. Mix pears, honey, and flour together in a bowl. Place equal amounts of the fruit mixture into each bowl.

  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, butter, walnuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a small bowl; crumble on top of the fruit.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until slightly brown, about 35 minutes. Serve.

Cook's Note:

You can use 1 1/2 cups fruit of your choice - apples, peaches, etc. You can use ground oats instead of graham crackers, and maple syrup instead of honey.
