Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped 2 stalks celery, roughly chopped 2 tablespoons canola oil ½ cup diced onion 1 head cauliflower, roughly chopped ½ cup shredded napa cabbage ¼ cup sliced bamboo shoots ¼ cup chopped fresh chives 2 large eggs, beaten 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar ¼ teaspoon Sriracha sauce, or to taste Directions Mince carrots and celery in the bowl of a food processor. Heat oil in a large, 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and minced carrot-celery mixture; saute, stirring occasionally, until softened, 5 to 7 minutes.
