Original recipe (1X) yields 12 servings ½ cup sour cream ½ cup mayonnaise ½ teaspoon lemon juice ¼ teaspoon lemon zest salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ cucumber, cut into matchsticks ½ bunch fresh dill, finely chopped ½ small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives 1 tablespoon slivered toasted almonds 1 whole roasted chicken, bones and skin removed, meat cut into cubes 12 slices white (or your favorite) bread, crusts removed, or as needed Directions Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
