Onion Tea (Home Remedy for Cough)

4.9
(9)

My mom swears by drinking onion tea whenever she gets a bad cough. In Germany, she sweetens it with brown Kandis, a specific kind of raw sugar, but I use honey here. It is important that you use organic onions as you are cooking them with their peel.
