Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup butter, at room temperature ½ cup powdered sugar 3 cups blueberries 2 tablespoons cornstarch ¼ cup white sugar 1 teaspoon lemon extract Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar together until a dough forms. Press dough into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
