Original recipe (1X) yields 10 servings 2 carrots, chopped 2 cups white sugar 1 cup rapeseed oil 4 eggs 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. Combine carrots, sugar, oil and eggs in a blender; blend until smooth. Gradually add flour and mix until well blended. Turn off blender.
