Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt 2 ripe bananas 1 cup milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries 1 (7 ounce) can whipped cream Directions Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.
