Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 2 tablespoons self-rising flour

  • 1 ½ tablespoons milk

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Beat egg, brown sugar, self-rising flour, milk, white sugar, olive oil, and cinnamon together in a large mug.

  2. Place mug in microwave; cook on high heat for 2 minutes.

Cook's Notes:

Two tablespoons flour and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder can be substituted for the self-raising flour.

Vegetable oil can be substituted for the olive oil, if desired.

If doughnut isn't fully cooked after 2 minutes, microwave for 10 more seconds.
