Original recipe (1X) yields 14 servings

  • ½ cup white vinegar

  • cup white sugar

  • 1 teaspoon grated onion

  • 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Gather the ingredients.

  2. Place vinegar, sugar, onion, mustard, and salt into a blender or food processor; blend for 20 seconds. With the blender running, gradually add oil in a thin steady stream until combined.

  3. Transfer dressing to a bowl and stir in poppy seeds.
