Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings 1 pound ground beef 1 tablespoon butter 2 zucchini, sliced 1/2-inch thick 1 tablespoon dried minced onion 2 cups water 1 (5.5 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef flavor 2 tomatoes, diced 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese Salt and black pepper to taste Directions Brown ground beef in skillet over medium to medium-high heat, stirring to crumble. Transfer browned beef to a bowl. Melt butter the same skillet; add zucchini and sauté until just slightly softened, about 5 minutes.
