Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings ½ pound lean ground chicken or turkey ½ medium onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 (5.7 ounce) package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Creamy Chicken 1 (10 ounce) can low-sodium diced tomatoes and green chilies 1 (16 ounce) can low-sodium refried beans 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (Optional) ½ cup shredded cheese (Optional) Directions Cook ground chicken and onion in a heavy pot over medium heat until no longer pink and onions begin to turn translucent, about 6 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic and chili powder until chicken is coated and fragrant, 1 minute. Transfer chicken and onion mixture to a bowl.
