Original recipe (1X) yields 9 servings Shortbread Crust: 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup unsalted butter, softened 5 tablespoons confectioners' sugar Filling: 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs, beaten ½ cup white sugar ¼ cup all-purpose flour ¾ teaspoon salt 2 cups sliced rhubarb, 1/4-inch wide Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
