Original recipe (1X) yields 48 servings 3 cups water 3 cups white sugar 3 clementine oranges, quartered 5 maraschino cherries, or more to taste 1 cinnamon stick 2 tablespoons bitters, or to taste Directions Bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan; remove from heat. Stir oranges, cherries, and cinnamon stick into sugar mixture. Cover saucepan and steep for 1 hour. Remove fruit and cinnamon stick using a slotted spoon; stir in bitters.
