Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings ½ pound ground beef ½ cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic ⅓ cup water ½ (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning mix 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion 2 cups salsa, or more to taste, divided (Optional) 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1 cup refried beans 1 12-inch prepared pizza crust 2 cups Mexican-style shredded four-cheese blend, divided 2 cups shredded lettuce 2 tomatoes, chopped 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained ¼ cup chopped green onion 1 cup sour cream, or as desired (Optional) Directions Cook and stir ground beef, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is completely browned; drain fat from the skillet.
