Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings ½ cup butter ½ cup white sugar 2 large eggs ½ cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest, or more to taste 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ¼ cup cornstarch ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking soda 2 cups confectioners' sugar 3 tablespoons lemon juice Directions Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
