  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups white sugar

  • 1 ½ cups vegetable oil

  • 4 large eggs

  • 3 (4 ounce) jars carrot baby food

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan.
