Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie ⅓ cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest ½ cup orange juice 2 teaspoons grated orange zest 1 ¼ cups water 1 cup brown sugar 2 cups raisins ¾ cup all-purpose flour ½ cup water Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
